Who we are

This website is operated by ONE ADC Industrial Park Developers Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at 14, Murrays Gate Rd, Vannia Teynampet, Venus Colony, Alwarpet, Chennai 600018, Tamil Nadu, India ("ONE ADC", "we", "us").

What we collect

We collect two types of data:

1. Information you give us, when you fill out our contact form or send us an email, we receive your name, email, phone number, company name and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

2. Information collected automatically, when you visit, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, time on page, country, device type, referrer) via:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless, aggregated only, never identifies individuals.
• Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept cookies), IP addresses are anonymised. Used to understand which pages and projects attract interest.
• Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept cookies), provides heatmaps and session recordings. Personal information shown on screen is automatically masked.

How we use it

Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, improve the website, and where you've consented, to understand visitor behaviour. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies only with your consent. The cookie banner on first visit lets you accept or decline. You can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookie preferences link (also in the footer).

Essential cookies (none on this site today) would be exempt from consent. Analytics cookies set by GA4 and Clarity are loaded only after explicit acceptance.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and our regulatory obligations. Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in GA4 and 30 days in Clarity by default.

Your rights under India's DPDP Act 2023

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@oneadc.in.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts (served from Google CDN), Google Maps (embedded on the Contact page so visitors can find our office), Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Formspree (for contact form processing). Each of these processors has its own privacy policy.

Security

The site is delivered over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We rate-limit and monitor for abuse via Cloudflare.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
